Cooking Class

IFL Cooking Group ( International Food Lovers ) opened in 1998. Since then we have enjoyed cooking of various countries.

Last year ( Oct/2005 - Jun/2006 ) we had 25 members and 15 of them introduced their home style cooking: Texas, Brazilian, Danish, English and Japanese food.

We will get together on the third Tuesday of every month at member's house. We'll welcome you who love cooking.

Recipe No.1 Niku Jaga by Ms.Shinohara

Dear ex-IFL cooking members,

How are you doing ?
We, IFL cooking group started our first meeting in the fiscal year 2005 at Mrs. Shinoharas' on Tuesday October 18. She demonstrated some Japanese Home Cooking such as Tempura, Kinoko Gohan (seasoned rice with mushrooms), Niku Jaga (braised meat and potatoes) and etc.
18 members enjoyed cooking, eating and had a pleasant time together. Please enjoy photos and Niku Jaga recipe written by Shinohara san.
