Information

This cooking class is popular among members of the Minami Circle. Let’s cook healthy lunch together at the fish market.
Also, we will view a demonstration by a cooking master. We are quite confident you will learn some cooking techniques from the staff and become good chefs. Tons of fresh fish and vegetables are delivered here, auctioned off, and then end up on our dining tables. These proceedings can be observed on video.
We can practice how to fillet the horse mackerel.

As you know fishes contain DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) which helps circulate the blood smoothly, and reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Also DHA will bring your blood pressure level down. Please join us and practice your cooking technique for your health.

Transportation: Take a city bus No.48 for Chuo-shijo from east exit of Yokohama St. Bus leaves at 9:00, 9:20. 5 minutes by bus or taxi. Rideshare taxi is recommended. Parking space is limited.
